Mushroom Burgers
Instructions
Heat cooking oil in a pan. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Add in mushrooms, sprinkle with salt and saute until juices come out. Continue to saute until mushrooms dry out. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine sauteed mushrooms, oatmeal, and bread crumbs. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until thoroughly combined. Lets sit for 15 minutes. Shape into a burger patty.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan; fry until both sides are brown. Place into a burger bun and serve with your favorite condiments.
