Oatmeal Lace Cookies
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy
add vanilla, flour and oats. Refrigerate dough for 1 hour.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place 1 Tbs size balls of dough 3 inches apart (cookies
will spread) dip a drinking glass in water and then in sugar and use bottom to flatten cookies
bake at 350 for 10-12 mins. watch carefully. Let cookies cool on paper for 1 min. Remove and cool
on wire racks
