Instructions


First wash the okra before we start cutting.
Cut the okra like the daimond shape.Place them on the tissue so that it absorbs the excess water.

Now take them in the bowl and add the chilli powder.salt,amchur powder and besan.

Mix it well by adding one tsp of water.


Now plce the oil for deep frying.When it gets heat drop slowly into the oil.
Fry this until it turns brown.

Take out from the oil and place them on the tissue so that it absorbs excess oil.
Serve this like apptizer or serve this with rasam rice.
