Pan Seared Sea Scallops With Grilled Corn And Bacon Sauce

Instructions

1. heat up the pan then put a little bit of olive oil.
2. Put some pepper on the scallops.
3. When the oil is already hot, now put the scallops. Turn it over on the other side.
4. On the other pan, put in the sauteed bacon. When it is already warm up, add the shallots. Stir it.
5. When the scallops has turned brown already, lower down the heat and add some white wine.
6. On the sauteed bacon, add up some corn. Allow to cook. Add the chicken broth. Add the cream. Add some seasoning to taste.
7. On the plate, prepare some potato and steamed asparagus. Put the sauce and on top of it put the scallops.
