Instructions

1. Slice paneer as shown and stuff with sweet and tangy preparation of grated paneer, raisins, and for little
sourness you can also add amchoor powder
2. Make silky gravy as shown or you can make kofta gravy too
3. Add pan fried paneer to the sauce and simmer
4. Serve hot with zafrani pulao
