Panettone Bread Pudding
Instructions
1) Beat 4 eggs.
2) Add 1/2 cup sugar and mix.
3) Add maple syrup about 2 tbsp, 3 cups whole milk, and mix again. Set aside.
4) Cut the panettone in about 2 inch chunks.
5) Mix it in the custard mixture.
6) Transfer to a casserole and bake in 325 deg F for 25 minutes.
