Panko Taliapa With Sweet Chilli Sauce

Instructions

1. Crack the eggs into a dish and lightly beat with the water.
2. Put the panko bread crumbs in another dish.
3. Now you should flour the fish then run them through the egg then into the panko.
4. Fish - Egg - Panco - rest for at least a few minutes before pan frying.
5. In a good sized pan heat some light olive oil to a medium heat.
6. Fry the fish in the oil for about 3-5 minutes on each side.
7. Once plated pour on the CurrySimple Gourmet Sweet chilli Sauce and enjoy!
