Parmesan Crusted Mahi Mahi

Instructions

Squeeze lemon juice over both sides of the fillets and coat with salmon seasoning
Combine the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese and dredge the fillets in the mixture
Heat the olive oil and brown the fillets on both sides- about 3 minutes each side
Serve on a bed of fresh spinach leaves
Season with sea salt if desired
