Parsley And Basil Pork Tenderloin

Instructions

1. In a lightly oiled skillet brown pork tenderloin.
2. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. Seer the pork for 5 minutes.
3. Coat the pork with dijon mustard paste.
4. Cover the pork with finely chopped basil and parsley.
5. Now bake it for 25 minutes at 400 F
6. Rest for pork for 5 minutes, slice and serve.
