Boil 5 quarts of water, add salt and penne. For the sauce, pour olive oil in a low heat pan, add crushed pepper and chopped garlic. Add salt and crushed tomatoes and cook for about 15 mins. Drain the pasta and add it on a sauce, mix it well. Add vodka, heavy cream and parsley.
