Pistachio Cheesecake
Instructions
1. Mix ingredients for crust and mold into 9" springform pan, refrigerate
2. Mix cream cheese, milk and pudding
3. Add eggs on low speed until combined
4. Bake for 75 minutes at 325 degrees with a pan on the bottom of the oven with 1" of water
5. Remove and cool
6. Run a knife around edge then refrigerate overnight
7. Top with chopped pistachios
