Pork & Apple Baguette

Instructions

1. Melt butter in a saucepan and gently add the apple slices and brown sugar. Mix well. Remove from pan and set aside.
2. On the same pan, add the pork and season with pepper and salt. Season the other side as well.
3. Cut the bread open lengthways, keeping it still attached along one side like a hinge. With the baguette opened out flat, thickly spread both sides with the apple sauce. Fill with the sliced pork, then close up and press together.
