Potato Egg Curry
Instructions
In a high heat pan, add oil, tera, and garmasala.
Add the onion until golden brown.
Drain the oil and spread it on a plate.
In the same pot, seasoned the oil with spices.
Add ginger garlic and a bit of water.
Add the potatoes and a half of cup of water and cover for 10 mins.
Blend the yogurt, tomato, and the onion.
Add the blended mixture into the pot.
Cook for 10-15 mins.
Cut the eggs in half and place in a serving dish.
Pour the curry on top and serve.
