Potato Gnocchi
Instructions
1. Cook the potato on a microwave. Mash it and filter it to separate its grain from it.
2. Mix it with egg and mix it well.
3. Add 1/2 to 3/4 cups of flour and mix it well again.
4. Put the mixture to a clean area and form it in a rectangular shape. Divide it into four parts. And each part, roll it until it became long. Slice it again into small pieces .
5. Pour it to the pan with a sauce and cook for a few minutes.
6. Enjoy and serve.
