Prawns Diavola
Instructions
1. In cooking your prawn Diavolo with this recipe is to toss the prawn in a medium bowl with 1 teaspoon of salt and chili powder.
2. Heat the 3 tbsp oil in a heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the prawn and saut for about a minute, toss, and continue cooking until just cooked through, about 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Transfer the prawn to a large plate; set aside. Add the onion to the same skillet, adding 1 to 2 tsp of olive oil to the pan, if necessary, and saut until translucent, about 2 minutes.
4. Add the tomatoes with their juices, wine, garlic, and chili powder . Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, about 10 minutes.
5. Return the prawn and any accumulated juices to the tomato mixture; toss to coat, and cook for about a minute so the flavors meld together.
