Red Shrimp Panang Curry Cooking Demo

Instructions

1. Heat a stir-fry pan or wok to high heat
2. Add 2 oz of cooking oil to pan
3. Stir-fry shrimp for 2-3 minutes or until about 70% cooked
4. Add chopped red & green peppers - cook for 2 minutes
5. Add 1 package of red curry sauce
6. Stir 2 tablespoons of smooth or chunky peanut butter - The peanut butter with infuse into the sauce
7. Add 15 basil leaves
8. Serve with plenty of Thai jasmine or healthy brown rice
