Rosemary Chicken And Rice

Instructions

1. Medium heat the skillet.
2. Add olive oil to the skillet.
3. Add chicken, onion, garlic clove, peppercorn, rosemary, and squirt of lemon juice.
4. Stir well, cook until chicken is no longer pink.
5. Add rice, orange juice, and chicken broth.
6. High heat the skillet, stir the ingredients.
7. Add bell pepper, carrot, lemon zest, and squirt of lemon juice.
8. Stir the ingredients.
9. Bring them to boil.
10. Cover the skillet, simmer for 20 minutes.
