Scrambled Egg

Instructions



1. Break two eggs into a mixing bowl.
2. Add some water, approx 14 cup, or as preferred.
3. Beat the eggs and water together until mixed well.
4. Melt butter in frying pan just enough to coat the bottom of the pan.
5. Pour in the eggs/water mixture.
6. Allow the eggs to begin to cook, then gently begin to scramble, folding eggs in, allowing more egg to cook, continue scrambling until eggs are fully cooked.

* By using water instead of milk, you will prevent eggs from browning on the bottom.
* If desired, add your favorite shredded cheese, plus salt and pepper, of course. Garnish with parsley.
