Zabaglione
Instructions
1) Separate 8 egg yolks from its egg whites.
2) Add 1/2 cup sugar to a bowl with the egg yolks. Whisk until light and fluffy.
3) Take the mixture to the double boiler and whisk constantly to avoid having the eggs "scrambled".
4) Add 1/4 cup Marsala wine.
5) When the mixture doesn't thicken anymore, remove from heat and pour into ramicans.
6) Bake at 350-375 deg F for 4-5 minutes.
