1. Follow directions on package of Alfredo sauce mix.
2. Saute seafood quickly, set aside.
3. In same pan add onions, peppers, mushrooms and garlic and saute until soft.
4. Mix seafood, vegetables and Alfredo sauce.
5. Serve hot with noodles or rice of choice.
