Sesame Seed Crusted Salmon Patties
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degree F
Place the salmon on a sheet pan, skin side down. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper powder. Roast for 15 to 20 mins until just cooked. Remove from the oven and cover tightly with aluminum foil. Allow to rest for 10 mins and refrigerate until cold.
Meanwhile, place 2 Tbs butter and 1Tbs pf olive oil in pan ..fry the onions for 2 mins the add bell pepper, garlic , ginger, green chillies.. fry for 3 mins the add spinach as turn soft add pepper and salt and cook for couple of mins and cool...
Flake the chilled Salmon in a plate or large bowl .. add bread crumbs, sesame seeds ( half of the 1/4 cup), Mayo,Egg,Dijon Mustard,Worcestershire sauce, and vegetable mixture and mix well..
You can form the patties easily with the aid of a 1/3 cup dry measuring cup. Quickly invert onto cutting board, gently press the patties to a uniform thickness, this helps them cook evenly .. sprinkle the sesame seeds... cover and chill in the refrigerator for 30 mins ...
Heat a pan ... pour 1/2 tsp of olive oil and add salmon patties and fry for 3 to 4 mins on each side or until browned drain on paper towel, keep them warm in preheated 250 degree F oven and serve hot....
