Shrimp And Prosciutto
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix juice of lime, honey, garlic, shallot, black pepper, smoke paprika, tarragon, olive oil.
2. Add shrimps mix it all, cover and marinate for 4 hours. cut prosciutto to fit shrimps and wrap each shrimp in it.
3. Skewer with toothpick, Bake them for 8-10 minutes at 425 F.
4. Serve with moutarde de dijon and lemon slices.
