Shrimp And Vegetable Egg Roll
Instructions
Stir fry veggies:
Slice cabbage
Slice carrot
Sliced green onion
Add
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 pound raw shrimp
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon plum sauce
Make a bit more sauce for dipping
Remove when 80% cooked, drain moisture and cool until it can be handled.
Prepare dish with egg wash to coat sides of wrappers. Fold like a burrito
Fry in 375 degree oil until golden brown serve with dipping sauce.
