Shrimp Fried Rice
Instructions
1. Saute cabbage, celery, soy sauce, and shrimp in a non-stick skillet sprayed with PAM until mostly cooked.
2. Push to one side of pan.
3. Spray more PAM on the other side of pan and drizzle the equivalent of 1-2 egg whites.
4. Scramble those around until cooked, chopping into small pieces as you go.
5. Mix with the veggies and shrimp.
6. Top with hot mustard if desired.
