Spicy Grilled Shrimp

Instructions

1. In a bowl add in chopped cilantro, scallions, garlic, shallots, ginger, lime juice and lime rind.
2. Wisk in olive oil' submerge shrimp in marinade and let sit in cooler for 20-25 minutes.
3. Add all dry seasonings together in a bowl and set aside.
4. Using wooden skewers soaked in water place the shrimp on the skewers.
5. Use the dry seasoning and season the shrimp to taste.
6. Place on the grill for correct amount of doneness and enjoy!
