Spicy Pork And Kimchee

Me cooking spicy pork with Kimchee.
Ingredients Pork Belly, Sake, Salt and Black Pepper, Ssamjang (Korean Catsup), ginger, oil, Onion, Korean Hot Pepper, Kimchee, Garlic, Soy Sauce, Sesame oil, Sesame seeds, Korean Sesame (Perilla or kkaennip), and Green Onion .
Marinate the pork in a small amount of Sake, salt and pepper. Then add Ssamjang and ginger to the pork.
Add a small amount of oil to a pan then saut Onion, hot pepper and Kimchee. Then add pork with all marinade and cook until pork is done. Add sesame seeds, green onion and Korean Sesame remove from heat.
Serve with rice.
