Spicy Seafood Noodle Soup

Instructions

1. Thinly Slice all Vegetables
2. Take skin off Squid and rinse in cold water.
3. Slice the shrimp in half.
4. In the pot, add the Olive Oil, Garlic, and Hot Chili Oil and fry all the vegetables.
5. Add Crushed Red Pepper flakes, Soup Soy Sauce, and Seafood.
6. Mix well in the pot and add the chicken broth and water.
7. Add salt. (Taste and add more salt if necessary)
8. Simmer soup for 10 minutes.
9. Cook Noodles for 6 minutes on high heat and rinse.
10. Serve soup over noodles!
