Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F(204 degrees C).
2. Remove stems of mushrooms and finely chop them.
3. Combine chopped stems, garlic, onion, bell pepper, crackers and oregano in a small bowl.
4. Add half the cheddar cheese and butter to the bowl and mix them well.
5. Stuff each mushroom with the mixture.
6. Sprinkle the mushrooms with remaining cheese and dash of cilantro.
7. Put the mushrooms over a pan/ foil paper.
8. Place the pan/foil carrying mushrooms in the oven
