Thai Vegetable Noodles Part 2

Instructions

1. For the sauce,mix up a 2 tsp of cornstarch,1/2 cup of coconut milk,1/2 cup of sauce and water, 1/4 cup of peanut butter,2 tbsp of rice wine vinegar,thai chili sauce and minced ginger into a bowl.
2. Mix the sauce together until it was totally mix.
3. Pour the sauce into the pan with the vegetables and mix it well.
4. Put the rice noodles into the fried vegetables with the sauce and mix it again well.
5. Pour it into a clean plate and top it with crushed peanuts.
6, Enjoy and serve.
