Kakiage Soba (mixed Tempura Soba Noodles)

Instructions

Slice all the Vegetables.

Stiff the Tempura powder into a bowl then add the cold water and mix.

Bring the vegetables strip into a bowl, then mix the vegetables into the tempura mixture and coat well.

Put the Soba soup in a boiling pan, dilute the soup base with water. Warm up the soup and mix the them all together.

Deep fry until they get golden brown.

Place the soba noodles in a boiling water, separate the noodles equally.

Drain and wash the noodles in a running water. Immerse the noodle in an icy water, then drain it.

Pour hot water into the Soba noodles, drain the noodles again.

Pour the hot soba soup into the noodles.

Place two pieces of Kakiage, finally sprinkle Seven Flavor Chili Pepper on the top.
