Tiramisu

Instructions

1) Over a double boiler, whisk 4 egg yolks with 1/2 cup sugar until it becomes somewhat like a custard.
2) Add 1 lb mascarpone cheese to the custard. Mix until well combined.
3) Whip egg whites with a little pinch of cream of tartar.
4) Add the whipped egg whites to the custard.
5) Dip lady fingers to espresso and lay on pan.
6) Cover with the batter.
7) Repeat steps 5 and 6.
8) Sprinkle top with chocolate shavings.
9) Refrigerate for about 4-6 hours before serving.
