Valentine's Egg
Instructions
Chop finely 1tbsp green onion and carrot. Break 4 eggs in a bowl and beat it. Set aside 2 tbsp of egg for later. Mix green onion and carrot in a bowl. Heat the pan and grease with oil, pour a little bit of mixture in the pan when it's starts to cook then it is ready. Pour 1/4 mixture in an 8 inches pan. When the surface of the egg starts to cook, roll it 1 inch, move it to the end, and add some more oil in the pan. Pour the same amount of mixture in the pan, fry and roll it the same way. After doing the same process 2 or more times you will get this fried egg. Cool it about 1 minute before slicing it. Cut it about half inch, to make a heart shape , cut it diagonally. Dip the heart shape in the egg mixture you saved, then fry the egg. Put some egg mixture on the top until it's done.
