Vanilla Pudding

Instructions

1. Lower heat the saucepan.
2. Add cream to the pan.
3. Add vanilla beans, stir them.
4. In a small bowl, combine milk, cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Mix the ingredients until smooth.
5. Add them to cream mixture, stir. Set the pan aside.
6. In a small bowl, place beaten egg.
7. Slowly add cream mixture to the beaten yolk bowl. Mix them well.
8. Return the mixture to the saucepan. Medium heat the saucepan.
9. Add butter, stir until thickens.
10. Pour the pudding in a serving bowl.
11. Cover, chill for an hour.
12. Dust with cinnamon and cocoa powder.
