Vegetarian Breakfast Burrito

Instructions

1. Saute sweet peppers and onion in olive oil
2. Add salt and red pepper
3. Add cracked pepper and salt to 10 eggs, scramble and add to peppers and onions
4. Add salsa
5. Cook until eggs are just done
6. Spread cheeses on tortilla
7. Microwave for 1 minute
8. Fold tortilla and fry on skillet with cooking spray until golden brown each side
