Vegetarian Fried Kuay Diu Part 1

Instructions

1. In ahot frying pan, pour ! tbsp vegetable oil and make sure to apply it to the side of the pan so that the noodles will not stick into it.
2. Add the vegetarian chicken to the pan and fry it for a few minutes. Add the mock abalone. If the oil is hot enough then add the rice sheet noodles. Fry the noodles for 2-3 minutes. Add all your preferred vegetables.Pour the oyster sauce and the chopped chili.
