Walnut Crusted Fish Video Recipe

Instructions

Wash and dry the fish fillets.

Mix the flour and mustard powder on a plate and season with pepper. Mix the oatmeal and walnuts on another plate.

Coat the fillets in the flour mixture, dip into the egg and then coat in the walnut mixture. Make sure the fillets are well covered.

Heat your butter/oil in a frying pan and fry the fillets about 3 minutes a side until the crust is crispy and the fish is cooked through.

Serve immediately with the juices poured over - mmm... delicious.
