Wasabi Viniagrette Salad Gardening By Cuisine
Instructions
Take the lettuce leaves and cut with your hands.
Put goat cheese on the lettuce leaves.
Add salami and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese at the top of the leaves.
For Viniagrette:
Add white balsamic vinegar and wasabi in a small bowl. Mix them well.
Add some lime juice for citrus flavor. Slowly add extra virgin olive oil into it. Whisk all the ingredients.
Add this viniagrette to the salad.
You can serve the salad with toasted bread along with pastor sauce.
