Whole Wheat Penne Pasta

Instructions

1. Chop shallot and garlic.

2. Take a big heavy pot and heat.

3. Pour cup of extra virgin olive oil.

4. Put in the shallots and garlic. Give it a cook saut.

5. Put in the pasta to the pot. Move them around in the pot to heat the pasta. Add some freshly cracked black pepper and some salt.

6. Take the ricotta cheese, give it a stir. Add 3 tbsp of basil pesto and then the peas.

7. All ingredients are cooked so just warm them through.

8. Serve it in a big tray. Grate some cheese over the pasta and one last drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
