Yeast Spoon Rolls
Instructions
1. Melt 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, and let cool.
2. Dissolve 1 package active dry yeast in 2 cups of very warm water, and set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together 1 egg and 1/4 cup sugar until fluffy.
4. Stir in 1the 1 1/2 sticks melted butter or margarine. and the yeast mixture.
5. Now, use a mixer to blend in 4 cups of self-rising flour, 1 cup at a time.
6. Cover tightly, and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
7. The dough will be good up to 1 week.
8. When ready to bake, spoon dough into muffin tins, filling them 3/4-full.
9. Bake at 350 for approximately 20 minutes.
