1. Add all ingredients except heavy cream into a mixing bowl and wisk over a double boiler until it triples in size. 2. Remove from heat once it is very frothy, and chill.
3. In a mixing bowl whip heavy cream to form stiff peaks.
4. Fold in cream to zabaglione. Enjoy!
