Bacon And Peppers 'swiss Style' Chicken
Instructions
Cut up the chicken breast in butterfly shape.
Place Swiss cheese over each cut up part.
Place bacon "prepared".
Place Portuguese pepper on top.
Put bell pepper on top of that.
Fold each over.
Tie each chicken breast with butcher's string.
Drizzle over olive oil.
Sprinkle with black pepper & parsley.
Barbecue for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F/176 degrees C. (It should be covered.)
Grill for 5 minutes to each side.
Let sit the chicken for 5 minutes.
Remove string. Serve in a plate.
