Butter Milk (from Curd)
Instructions
1. Take green chilies chopped finely or crush, ginger chopped, curry leaves, coriander leaves chopped.
2. Dry toast cumin seeds and with rolling pin make powder.
3. In blender add curd water blend pour in a bowl add salt as per taste mix well then add green chilies, ginger,
curry, coriander leaves chopped mix well. This is south Indian butter milk.
4. North Indian butter milk, take a glass add cumin powder, chat masala, add butter milk mix well then top it of
with some more cumin powder.
