Cheddar Cheese Biscuits

Instructions

1. Combine 2 cups biscuit mix, 2/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, and 1/2 cup water.
2. Blend with a fork until it forms a dough.
3. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead about 8 times.
4. Roll the dough to 1/2-inch thick. Cut with a 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter.
5. Place on a jellly roll pan or other baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking oil.
6. Bake at 450 degrees about 8 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve while hot!
