Chicken Biryani
Instructions
1. Should not be too spicy
2. Should not consume more time for preparation
3. No compromise on the taste.
4. Use only 2 bowls for preparation
5. No grinding business
6. No burns to the bowls preparation of marination: chicken, yogurt, chilly powder, salt, cloves, oil, cardamom, cinnamon, anasa puvvu, maze, coriander powder, poppy seeds powder, fennel seeds;
7. Mix all these items in a bowl. place the pressure cooker on the stove. add some oil.
8. Add tamotoes and chillies. fry fro 3 min. after that add this marination and cook for 10 min. on a medium flame. after that add rice to it. some salt, water (just 1.75 times to the rice), ghee. close the lid.
9. After 2 whistles put off the stove.
