Chicken Lo Mein

Instructions

1. Slice chicken breasts and add to a mixing bowl with all marinade ingredients minue 1 TBS sesame oil.
2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. In a small sauce pot add together chicken stock and plum sauce and reduce.
4. Cut vegetables appropriately and set aside.
5. In a hot skillet add in 1 TBS sesame oil and saute chicken.
6. In the mean time in a wok, add in 1 TBS sesame oil and stir fry vegetables. Add noodles to boiling water.
7. Once chicken is cooked through add all ingredients together and toss. Plate and enjoy!!
