Instructions
1. In a small saucepan, heat garlic, ginger, and tahini together over moderate heat until garlic and ginger begin to brown.
2. Add soy sauce and sugar and heat 2 minutes more.
3. Toss with cooked noodles and serve at room temperature, or chilled, as you prefer.
