Crispy Onion Rings
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, fresh milk, mashed potato, water, pepper, and chili powder. Mix thoroughly until smooth and well blended.
Slice onion into rings and dip in batter mixture. Make sure onions are fully covered with the mixture. Roll into bread crumbs.
Heat cooking oil in a pan. Fry onion rings for 1 minutes on both sides until crispy golden brown; drain excess oil and set aside.
Sprinkle some salt before serving.
