1. Make a whole in the center of a bread
2. Medium heat a frying pan and add butter
3. Toast the bread each side.
4. Place the egg in the whole of the bread and cheddar.
5. Cover it for 1-2 minutes
6. Transfer to a plate and on top of it add parsley
