Eggs Benedict
Instructions
1. In a Hot boiling water, add white vinegar and one by one also add 3 eggs.
2. Once eggs formed in a poach shape remove from the water and place in a plate.
3. Saute Ham in another pan while toasting the muffins in another pan.
4. Mix egg yolk and lemon in a food processor.
4. Spread toasted muffins and top each one with a slice of ham, followed by one poached egg. Place 2 muffins on each plate and drizzle with mixed sauce. Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve immediately.
