In a big bowl, place the flour. Add the dry ingredients and then add the water slowly. Knead together until the dough is soft and nice, just like pizza dough. Make sure it is a bit moist and not tough. Coat the dough with olive oil and let stand in a warm place. covered for an hour or so.
Bake in a 400 degrees preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Make sure you keep an eye on it, not all ovens are alike, and you can estimate how long it will take to be cooked fully.
Slice into wedges or pieces and serve with breakfast, lunch or dinner. It makes a nice addition to the menu. Enjoy!
